Here's a place where we can post our favorite healthy recipes. No double chocolate mocha brownie recipes allowed.

Example

Breakfast: Vanilla yougurt topped with blueberries and a broken up cranberry FIBER ONE bar. It may sound strange but its super healthy. 30% of your daily fiber souped up with belly fat burning fresh bluberries and yogurt which is excellent for lets say... female health.
